  1. The origins of SPAM probably don’t go back as far as blood pudding. 🙂 I am almost embarrassed to admit, I like SPAM when it is sliced thin, and fried. It’s a good companion to a fried egg at breakfast. As long as I don’t think too hard about what’s in it 😀
